On the streets again
Despite my concerns about Covid and travel on public transport I bit the bullet last weekend and took my camera up to London. I ended up walking eleven miles and had a great day. I haven’t shot anything in London since Covid started, The pandemic has curtailed my photography quite drastically, this is mostly due to my fear of catching the bloody thing.
I started off at Oxford Circus and had a long wander and ended the day at Brick Lane. It surprised me how rusty I was. It’s easy to loose your eye, however by the time I got to Soho it was starting to come back to me.
This was the first proper run out with my new camera, before Christmas I treated myself to a Canon 5D Mk4, I have been using a 5D Mk3, so while it is a better camera it’s still familiar. Unlike the mirrorless Fuji camera I bought last year.
It was good to be out in London again and although this was really a familiarisation trip I still got a few shots worth posting
